IT Consultis is now looking for additional creative people to join the Shanghai team. They are looking for profile from Junior designers to Art Directors.

Requirement
CREATIVITY
Being a bit of a geek
Strong focus and understanding of all UX Challenges
Strong focus and skills in UI Design
Excellent typography and layout skills
Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills (knowledge of best practices, including the use of smart objects, placed files, symbols, adjustment layers and layer styles)
Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
Good interpersonal skills — ability to take constructive criticism — understand subjective nature of decision-making with internal customers
Good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks based on impact and communicate issues/resolutions to supervisor
Ability to hand-code HTML/CSS is a plus
You also need to be someone fun who likes to party a bit.
