1. Receptionist:
Responibility:
(1) Receiving phone calls and greeting clients;
(2) Filing, faxing, scanning, copying documents;
(3) Creating and organizing files;
(4) Ordering shipping and mailing;
(5) Maintaining office supplies and inventories;
(6) Making coffee and drinks for clients;
(7) Executing research and documents;
(8) Any other orders from company members.
Qualification:
(1) At least 1 year of work experience in an international environment;
(5) Organized.
Salary: RMB3000-4000
2. Sales/BD
Responsibility:
(1) Expanding and advancing elite clients through events and connections;
(2) Managing client's investment projects;
(3) Building a solid introducer and client database;
(4) Delivering presentation for various high-end events;
(5) Developing high quality connections with prestigious entities.
Qualifications:
(1) College graduate; majored in business, marketing, finance, or other related field;
(2) At least 2 years of work experience in sales and business development with a positive record; must have international finance knowledge;
(3) Overseas background preferred;
(4) Excellent communication skills; out-going and open-minded personality; warmly approachable; good interpersonal skills;
(6) Team work spirit is necessary;
(7) Microsoft suite: MS Word, Excel, PPT.
Expected payment: salary + generous commission
3. Cutomer Service/Marketing
Responsibility:
(1) Maintaining and advancing client management database;
(2) Proactively keeping track of client information and reporting updates;
(3) Producing weekly client service report;
(4) Marketing company through various channels, including company website, WeChat, Weibo; familiar with advertisement and PR industry;
(5) Maintaining corporate reputation by executing marketing and service quality through various channels;
(6) Generating client analysis and report for management purposes;
(7) Design invitation format and related brochures for company events;
(8) Event organization: venue research and negotiation, quality check, and presentation set up;
Qualification:
(1) College graduate; majored in business, marketing, cultural studies, or other related field;
(2) At least 2 years of worl experience in customer service, advertisement, or PR field;
(3) Good marketing and branding skills: website content design, social media, and email campaigns;
(4) Great professional attitude and self-presentation;
(5) Overseas background is preferred;
(6) Excellent verbal and written skills; confident in communicating with cleint; professional and approachable to people.
4. Accountant
At least 8 years working as accountant or in charge of a finance department in a medium to large company.
