Architecture or urban design Major,Bachelor Degree or above;
3. More than 6 years of work experience with experience in the design of master plan and detail design in waterfront, commercial and mixed-use project.
4. Working with great passion, with unique design idea and style,with strong communication and apperception capacity,with team cooperation spirit.
Marketing Manager/ Marketing Specialist
Working Location: Beijing or shanghai (part time)
Job Qualification:
1. Anticipate various activities and events on behalf of company; build up and maintain close relationship with media, developers, government department and etc. Oversee the internet and social media activities; prepare articles and pictures for brand building, market communication and etc.
2. Communicate with overseas consultant team, and responsible for the international business reception work.
3. Prepare marketing material/presentation/proposal, travel and attend meeting.
Requirements:
Native-English speaking countries ( the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand)
At least 2 years of marketing experience or hospitality/interior design/architecture/real estate development related experience.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or related subjects.
Fluent in Chinese (Speaking)preferred
Excellent presentation skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and positive attitude
