BES BRANDING is looking for an Architecture Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
Requirements

College degree, a degree in architecture
4 years of architecture design experience (concept design, from basic design to detailed design, to construction plan)
Design experience of large public buildings such as art galleries and museums
Interior design of the business facilities such as campany office, the restaurant, the hotel and so on
Architecture design and interior design for apartments, houses, exhibition hall, etc.
Knowledge of construction process, construction technology and design specification
Scene supervision ability
The use of design software: AUTO CAD / 3dsMAX / LightWave / 3D Sketch / Up VectorWorks, etc.
Ability of presentation
Ability to report Design idea
Communicate design concept to customer, communication skills
To promote the project, should have an organization ability
Can speak English or Chinese
Positive, exuberant curiosity, passion for design
Have team spirit.
