A leading global and award winning health advertising agency requires a Head of Consumer Health to lead the consumer health teams to service key clients and identify new business opportunities in the health and wellness sectors in its Shanghai office.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the President of Greater China, and being a key agency member that aids in shaping the future direction of the agency
Working with the creative teams across China to introduce new creative elements by working hand-in-hand with the key client partners and in-market leads
Maintaining and growing the business with local and expat pharmaceutical clients
Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
Engaging with senior clients to understand industry challenges and provide agency solutions
Assuming full P&L responsibility
Supporting the development of great strategic and creative work throughout all assignments, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards
Collaborating across all agency teams to enhance commercial opportunities when working with clients
Requirements
8-10 years experiences in advertising industry
Experience in FMCG and consumer brands (health, OTC and wellness brands)
Excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities; strategic and creative evaluation and execution skills
A keen business acumen and the emotional and social maturity to feel comfortable with senior clients
Having excellent written and verbal communications skills (in both Mandarin and English)
A 'roll-up-your-sleeves' and 'pitch in' demeanour.
