BSUR, a creative brand consultancy headquartered in Amsterdam with offices in Shanghai and Sao Paulo, is looking for a creative Brand Visualizer / Conceptor / Creative who is full of ideas and able to work on concept-driven projects.
BSUR creates brands by helping companies to "be as you are," to find the most authentic, true versions of themselves. The agency's philosophy, Concepting, is based on its CEO Jan Rijkenberg’s book of the same name.

BSUR's diverse team is involved in a variety of projects, from new brand development to advertising campaigns, and members support each other by taking on multiple roles and responsibilities depending on each individual's skills. A good candidate would be willing to be flexible and interested to develop their creative abilities in a wide range of areas.
Responsibilities
Working alongside the other Brand Visualisers, the new candidate would be responsible for supporting the team on creative projects involving all aspects of design, concept, creation and execution
Aside from their creative duties, the Brand Visualiser should be proactive — able to handle their own admin and responsibilities, and find opportunities to support the team wherever they can
Work from a creative brief provided by the Brand Strategist to develop concepts for and create deliverables, including: brand books, visual identity books, pitch books and presentations, visual identity elements (logo and stationery design, key visuals, renderings and other application of visual identity), web/user interfaces, print collateral, packaging, and videos
Develop creative concepts and ideas independently and as part of a team and communicate them visually with mood boards and presentations
Provide creative consulting/direction on photo and video shoots, advertising campaigns, online activation, product designs, and interior/architectural designs
Support the strategy and PR team with design and layout of presentations, posters, flyers, brochures and other collateral
Requirements
Be a self-starter, able to balance creativity and professionalism, with some commercial sense and understanding of business
Experienced in graphic design, sketching / illustrating concepts and ideas, or expressing in a visual language
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, and is willing to learn or has knowledge of Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere & After Effects, Rhino/3ds Max, HTML / CSS / javascript or other programming languages
Proficient in the Mac operating system, including Keynote, Pages, and Numbers
Versatile in terms of personal interests and portfolio with a strong cultural awareness, especially of visual and creative trends ranging from art, design, fashion, technology, music, film, or architecture
Fluent English is a must, be able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
