- The candidate will have to focus mainly on targeting new accounts within their geographical area while cooperating with other Regional Channel Sales Managers in making sure clients are serviced in the whole of China.
- The candidate will have a small amount of existing accounts to manage.
- Coordinate strategies with the rest of the team and with the National Sales Director to increase probabilities of success.
- Qualify sales opportunities to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators set up by the company on order to achieve the optimal company objectives.
- The company is mainly focused on large distributors but they want to start developing sales directly in places such as supermarkets, restaurant chains, hotel chains, etc.
- Coordinating Sales and Marketing strategies with other Regional Managers and Marketing staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Business, Marketing or related studies.
- 2-3 years in the sale of F&B products or exposure to sales to potential buyers. (Distributors, restaurant chains, hotel chains or supermarkets).
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills is required to external partners, manage the sensitivity and seek management focus to grow the business.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to speak and write in English will be an advantage.
Salary: 15.000 RMB per month + Sales bonus + Company performance bonus.
