Responsibilities:
· Provide 2nd level end user onsite support for all approved operating systems and software packages on end-user laptops and desktops Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
· Provide 2nd level end user onsite support for all peripheral end user devices including mobile devices, printer, video/teleconference, IP Phones, VPN
· Installation and configuration of desktop and laptops
· Coordination and cooperation within multiple departments for incident process and escalations
· Ensure the quality of solutions and meet SLA targets
· Creation and development of technical support documentation and procedures
· Ensure customer satisfaction
· Provide training for end users
· Flexible to work on multiple customer sites and non standard hours when required
· Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager
Skill Requirements:
· University Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
· Minimum 2 years related working experience in a technical support role, ideally in a multinational organization
· Detailed knowledge of Windows OS and MS applications (Windows XP/7, MS Office)
· Customer service orientation
Personal Requirements:
· Communication skills in English, written & spoken
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
· Ability to work alone & unmanaged and to integrate as part of a team
· High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to learn.
