Kollektiv Creative Hub is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join its team in Shanghai.

Requirements
Able to operate effectively as an individual for efficient turnaround of web design, video, photographic items, artwork, enhancements, adjustments and resizes
Able to demonstrate both creative and technical capability
Able to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments
Have sufficient knowledge to be able to advise clients on paper selection, colours, printing processes, and camera ready output
Possess knowledge of different formats and requirements acceptable to all electronic and/or digital media outlets
In depth knowledge of typography, spatial orientation, the handling and manipulation of images, freehand graphics, and basic design elements
Skilled with computer design software systems; primarily Mac (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, Final Cut, After Effects etc.)
Able to lead, coach and manage workloads for junior designers and interns
Spoken and written skills in both English and Chinese will be advantageous.
