Elwing is looking for a Product Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
Elwing designs electric skateboards for a sensational commuting experience. Their prototypes are fully functional and they are in the industrialization process. They need you to make it a smart, low-cost, functional and beautiful product.
Responsibilities
Harmonize all the parts to make it easy to assemble and maintain, easy to use (practical), low-cost and beautiful
Contribute to the Corporate Visual Brand Identity
As a small startup, you will also be involved in many other aspects fo the project, such as Photo & Video content production, prototype testing, communication, etc.
You will also actively participate in creating innovating methodologies to meet specific goals, such as picture modeling, 3D rendering, design thinking, etc.
Requirements

Strong sense of accountability and responsibility with integrity and trust
Ability to progress autonomously and strong learning ability
Collaborative sense
Cross cultural Sensitivity with proficiency in English as well as Mandarin (French would be a plus)
Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Product Design
At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Product Design
Excellent skill in 3D Design (e.g.: NX8.5), 3D Rendering, Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong ability of project planning and management
Quality acumen with an attention to details
Skilled at design thinking and highly solution driven.
