I. IDENTIFICATION

Job Title: Customer Service Manager

II. JOB MISSION

- Follow up with customers’ inquiries, sales offers, order process, export documents, accounts and various dashboards and handle communications with customers.
- Provide full administrative assistance to Sales and General manager

III. RESPONSABILITIES

- Responsible for the daily follow up of customer needs and communications including inquiries and order processing, export documents and billing.
- Work closely with other salespersons in the team or other relevant functional departments to assure customer satisfaction and on time deliveries;
- Monthly reports to management such as customers’ sales reports and credit balance sheets;
- Maintain and well organize Customer data on regular basis; Daily update the company’s database;
- Regularly update the customer with the progress of their orders;
- Pro-actively solve issues that may rise;
- Weekly report payments’ schedule;
- Verify letter of credits, prepare export documents in compliance with bank requirements and organize documents presentation.
- Collect all necessary information from other departments in order to assure the process according to the customer’s requirement yet within the company’s allowances and rules;
- Perform periodic reports on purchasing statistics, accounts receivables, customers’ ordering behavior…etc
- Work closely with other department to constantly improve packaging, develop sales documentation, brochures, technical data sheets and marketing tools.

IV. QUALIFICATIONS/PROFILE

- University Level or Diploma in finance, business administration or equivalent with min. 2 years or relevant working experience in same field
- Proficiency in French and English is mandatory
- Pleasant and friendly disposition with good communication skill and strong interpersonal skill,
- Meticulous and able to multi-task,
- Rational, diplomatic and proactive.
