Reports to
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer
Responsibilities of the Project Manager are, but not limited to, the following:
Event Management
Develop, produce and deliver projects from the concept to implementation phases
Communicate and adhere to the timelines and priorities stated on each project
Maintain and grow client relationships
Manage supplier relationships: A/V, equipment, furniture, etc.
Organize operational and administrative details to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your account teams
Travel to on-site inspections and project management events
Take responsibility for all project budgets from start to finish
Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery
Manages events including, but not limited to: Dragon Adventures, Pub Crawl Shanghai and The Real Deal Exhibition
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
Native Chinese speaker with intermediate English skills or Native English speaker with intermediate Chinese skills
Minimum of 2 years working experience in related-field
Detail-orientated with ability to learn
Maintain new knowledge management systems essential to start-up growth
Confident with a track record of leadership and logical decision making
Strong interest in the events and media industry
Experienced with using Microsoft Office
Experience with Adobe software a plus.
