Digital Creative is looking for an Account Executive to join its team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Follow up and execute the whole project, monitor the progress of project, submit the progress schedule
Maintain close communication with each department, monitor the desire and requirement of the clients, take part in the planning of project and provide possibility proposals
Control the cost of project, seek the best price and make sure to provide high standards of quality
Communicate with relevant suppliers and manage the project
Maintain and enhance good working relationships with customers
Responsible for the communication with account company and Fesco, and deal with the work of ICBC bank
Responsible for the payment of employer salary and the purchase of office supply
Requirements
1 or 2 year experience in project management of advertising agency
Knowledge of the project progress of exhibition and production
General knowledge of the technological processes and material
Excellent ability of proposal and communication
Good coordination ability and can work under pressure
Chinese speaker and fluent in English is a must.
