1. To communicate with head of center regarding the teaching requirements and teaching objectives;
2. To develop practical teaching plan as required to make sure the teaching objectives will be achieved.
3. According to timetables and teaching plan, to provide the best possible teaching and learning processes for the students, and provide a good learning environment;
4. To improve students IELTS achievements;
5. To set homework, regular tests/quiz, mock examination, etc. Mark examinations and keep records of students' results and progress.
6. To perform effective classroom management and efficient organization of resources;
7. To participate in teaching & research meetings, and any other events and (or) training which are required by center;
8. To strictly follow the code of conduct listed in teacher's handbook;
9. To work effectively as part of a teaching team and with other teachers based in the same school;
10. To work under the supervision of the head of center;
Requirements:
1. Native English speaker;
2. At least two years of experience in teaching IELTS courses, with good knowledge of IELTS examination.
3. Effective method and skill of improving students' IELTS achievements in a short time.
4. A recognized education degree/diploma or other recognized teaching qualification;
5. A track record of excellent teaching with well developed subject knowledge;
6. Cooperative, responsible, self-disciplined, and loving teaching.
