Openhunt is an innovative recruitment company recently launched in China. With a new approach to the way the recruitment is done, Openhunt aims at becoming the leader of recruitment 4.0.
Openhunt’s clients are technical companies of all sizes and backgrounds, with a strong focus on the automotive sector. As Openhunt is experiencing fast growth in China, the company is looking for more local resources.
This is a foreign start-up. It means that the ideal profile is an open minded person, with a good level of English and an ability to outperform in various tasks. You should expect a real ‘start-up environment’.
To ensure full support for our customers, we are looking for a full time recruiter who is capable to complete the recruiting process from searches to recommendations. You are able to understand a Job Description, identify key words and run searches on websites. You are very comfortable on the phone and you pay attention to details.
Openhunt is not looking for a very experienced person, but preferably someone with a very good energy, hardworking, result oriented, eager to learn and grow as high as the company can get.
Skills:
Screen and identify talents through passive and active sources including postings, social networking, internet research, and cold calling
Significantly contribute to the candidate pipeline on a weekly basis
Make initial candidate contact and builds relationships/ networks with prospective candidates with the primary focus on lead generation
Build a robust network of top talent and assesses candidates to gauge talent alignment for our technical positions
Research and generate list of target candidates within established industries
About you:
Are aggressive, self-motivated and relentlessly driven to succeed
Love selling over the phone
Have minimum 1 year experience in recruitment/headhunting
Possess strong networking and relationship-building skills
Have a high degree of integrity
Gain a sense of pride in helping people find jobs and advance their careers
You are very good in English
We offer a base salary based on experience and an attractive commission and bonus system.
