1. Teach small size classes with a maximum number of 8 kids per class
2. Cooperate with teaching assistants or local teachers in ensuring the constructive communication and efficient operation of the center
3. Organize events, referral events and festival parties
4. Conduct demo and placement test for potential customers
5. Fill out performance review forms for students
6. Develop and maintain good relationships with parents
7. Support marketing and sales teams in promotion or enrollment
Key Requirements
1. Native English speaker from USA, England, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa
2. Love young learners(3-12 years old)
3. Bachelors Degree or above
4. TEFL/TESOL Certificate preferred
5. Minimum one year teaching experience(young learners preferred)
6. Energetic, self motivated, fast learner, team player
7. Able to work at the weekends
8. Aged 24-55 (as stipulated by the PRC Government-qualification for Z-Visa)
Compensation Package
1. On-the-job training
2. 12,000RMB-16,000RMB/Month based on qualification and experience
3. 20 teaching hours and 20 office hours/week
4. 10,000RMB contract completion bonus
5. 10 days of annual leave and 11 days of Chinese national holidays
6. Paid and sponsored Z work visa
