This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual with extensive general management, business development, marketing and sales experiences to start and to develop a regional market that has the potential size of multi-billion dollars revenue opportunity. Specific requirements include:
• Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management.
• Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach a senior-level staff to manage and develop high-performance teams and develop and implement business strategies.
• Extensive supply chain industry experiences and backgrounds.
• Prefer candidate to have sound knowledge of eCommerce and cross-boarder trading.
• Deep experience in program budgeting and fiscal management. Analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate to staff key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals.
• Track record of effectively leading a direct BD and sales team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skills.
• Minimum BS/BA degree with at least 10 years of experience and a track record in senior management. MBA preferred.

The head of America operation have overall strategic and operational responsibility in the region, Including people management and be responsible for P&L. He/she will provide leadership to regional strategic planning process and will own and implement strategic initiatives, and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the operational aspects of the annual budget. In addition, the individual will report to and provide coordination with HQ management team in China.
Responsibilities:
• Provide effective and inspiring leadership
• Manage team with an emphasis on developing capacity in strategic analysis, planning and program budgeting. Prepare and submit an annual operational budget, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered. Ensure the continued financial viability through sound fiscal management.
• Lead regional business development and major accounts management team, define business buyer targets and provide products and services to regional business buyers, including but not limiting to imports, distributors, wholesales, retails.
• Coordinate and provide regional support and execution for online and offline marketing activities (Branding, online social networking, trade shows, road shows, eDM, conferences, workshops), regional logistic including warehousing and showroom, and regional buyer financing programs and services.
• Other overall General management, including P&L.
