IT Consultis is seeking an Art Director - Web Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
IT Consultis is one of the leading Web/Digital Agency in Shanghai and is counting on talented people like you to join.
IT Consultis is a Shanghai based digital agency. After 4 years of foundation set up, ITC is now taking a new step in one of the most renowned digital agency in its field in Shanghai and in China. The team consists of 20 + people from 6 different countries and a cat.
ITC is planning to soon open offices in Thailand, France and other cities in China. For this reason we are looking not only for talented people, but also for future entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities
Web Design: You will face a lot of challenging projects from start up companies to top 500 fortunes. You are going to be both creative and with user experience mind to build quality and impressive design. User experience and User Interface should be your two favorite words
Branding: Following client guideline, you will create all kind of atmosphere, logos and characters
Key Visual Design: Company visual identity is important and first impression to a company. You will help clients to identify which is the best option for their brand and culture

Excellent typography and layout skills
Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills (knowledge of best practices, including the use of smart objects, placed files, symbols, adjustment layers and layer styles)
Strong Adobe Illustrator and Adobe inDesign skills
Good interpersonal skills — ability to take constructive criticism — understand subjective nature of decision-making with internal customers
Good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks based on impact and communicate issues/resolutions to supervisor
Ability to hand-code HTML/CSS is a plus
