This fulltime position is based in the Hotel Department office in Shanghai. After the end of the project which is by January 2016, the Partner Support Executive will be integrated into Customer Service Departmentwhich located in another office in Shanghai. The ideal on board time is the end of June 2015.
Main tasks:
Pro-actively call to potential partners from calling list provided
Pro-actively call to follow up until registration process finished
Providing support to properties or websites in building the webpage for properties and verify accurate property information provided on the website;
Delivering training by phone to new properties on how to use the Website's extranet;
Delivering service calls after properties alive on line;
Requirements:
Great telephone communication and problem solving skills
Ability to persuade and convince partners on the phone to implement suggestions;
Pro-active, takes ownership, has sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly;
Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in an international working environment;
Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus;
Native in Chinese, fluent in both written and spoken English;
Goal driven and detail oriented;
Available Full-time (40 h/week) and flexible in work schedule.
