We’re looking for a talented, target driven, self-motivated individual to lead an outstanding team inside the advertisement world.

Main Responsibility:
1. Lead the development of social strategy, campaign building, social measurement and content management.
2. Build out social expertise that able to provide our clients with a full social service offerings
3. Drive new business development. Craft an aggressive business plan for Social team, setting the trajectory for significant growth both in executed client work and profitable revenue.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of relevant work experience in the digital communications space
2. Experience of managing P&L and a team of dedicated social specialists
3. Proven ability and track record in business development
4. University graduation or above
5. Proficiency in English and Chinese
6. Live and breathe Chinese social media and understand its place within media.
7. Passionate about the quickly-evolving social media and digital environment.
8. Ability to create a clear social proposition and engaging proposal for clients.
9. Able to independently managing multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
10. Experience in establishing strategic relationships and client media opportunities with major Chinese SNS such as but not limited to Sina Weibo, Youku.
