Full-Time and Part-Time positions available in Shanghai
We are looking for motivated, creative and professional applicants to come work in our Library and Core Course programs.
At Elan Shanghai we offer guided independent reading programs in our Library of over 7,000 books as well as Literature and Writing classes.
Due to our popularity we will be expanding our operations in Shanghai and Beijing, and we are looking for ambitious individuals who can fill management positions in the future.
We are looking for 3 - 4 new members to join our team.
The successful applicants need to be flexible and hard working as we are a goal orientated company.
Job Description:
- Teach Core Literature Courses
- Coach in the Library
- Research and Development Projects
Qualifications:
- Native Speaker preferred or good accent speaker from other countries
- BA in Education preferred
- TEFL/TOEFL certificate
- 2 years teaching experience
- Applicants already in China preferred
Wage Package
Full Time
- 14, 000 - 16, 000 RMB per month depending on experience
- Performance Bonus: one month’s salary after 1 year
- Visa sponsorship for successful applicants
- 6 days paid holiday
Part-time.
(Pay negotiable):
6,000 RMB a month (weekends 9 - 6) -- 8 days a month
3,000 RMB a month (one day a week 9 - 6) -- 4 days a month
