Responsibilities include
1. You will evaluate customer's requests and coordinate internal resources to provide timely and professional support.
2. Bug hunting: you will test the products and follow up the issues until they are completely resolved.
3. Data analysis: You will analyze the operational data to provide statistic support for product update and operation.
4. You will ollect and sort out the industry news overseas and help your colleagues have a comprehensive understanding of the trends in the market.
5. Event planning and partnership managing: An opportunity to plan events and establish partnership with overseas companies and stay in touch with both the users and our partners.
Requirements:
1. You have a native or near native level in either Thai or English.
2. You are familiar with ad campaign on Facebook. Idealy, you should be experienced with marketing overseas.
2. You enjoy playing games, especially browser games and mobile games.
3. You are able to use Excel to analyze data of all kinds and provide data report.
