This position requires some travel to client sites and trade shows throughout China. This position will report directly to the Deputy General Manager with direct and frequent contact with government officials and high level executives for corporate initiatives. This is an entry-level position with opportunity to advance. The Assistant will work to execute and implement our corporate sales and marketing initiatives, and translate written material and oral presentations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the DGM market Easen's services including water/wastewater management, environmental site assessment, subsurface investigation, remediation design, geologic/hydrologic characterization, and remediation construction.
• Market Easen's remediation reagents, software and other industry related products
• Identify sales/marketing channels and utilize available resources for strategic marketing
• Research and identify remediation project opportunities
• Research, identify and prepare grant proposal for remediation and environment improvement projects
• Interaction with clients, manufacturers, regulatory agencies, financing institutions, and other consultants while working on projects.
• Must have the ability to manage a varied, complex workload
• Must be able to travel
• Must have high degree of analytical skills

Qualifications:
• BS in business, science, engineering, and/or language fields
• 2 - 5 years of experience in corporate setting
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective client presentations and written report preparation
• Demonstrated knowledge including budget and schedule monitoring and control
• Team player possessing strong planning and organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented
Easen serves public and private clients who need engineering and consulting services involving water supply, treatment, distribution and storage as well as wastewater collection, treatment and disposal. Easen also provides environmental engineering and consulting services. Training is available for this permanent position. Salary is commensurate with experience.
