KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
1 Responsible for the sales development of our security systems solutions:
• Develop your business network and bring value in terms of commercial approach to win projects;
• Support Business Units to lead their sales teams on a per project basis in order to develop business;
• Achieve sales targets as defined by the management;
• Develop sales materials, performs all job duties in alignment with sales strategies.
2 Prepare and implement sales plan:
• Identify valuable prospect and organize initial meetings;
• Make presentation to current and potential customers, convince them of the desirability of security system solutions;
• Develop sales proposals, price estimates and project schedules with the help of the whole team and follow up until contract signed.
3 Help to prepare and implement marketing plans:
• Analyzes market information to assist in defining future product sales levels, potential customers and competitor threats;
• Assist in following up targeted marketing campaigns in area of assigned accountabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Over 2 years Sales experience, preferably familiar with security products such as access, alarming, CCTV monitoring, etc;
• Good in English, both spoken and written, another foreign language is a plus;
• College degree in Marketing or Science & Technology fields such as Electronics, Telecom & Computers;
• Process oriented minds and good understanding of the service outsourcing industry;
• Good communication skills and problem solving capability.
