Required qualification
– Proficient in both Mandarin Chinese and English;
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
– High integrity, strong work ethic;
– No related working experience required but being a quick learner is a plus;

Internship Position
– Duration of internship: 3 – 6 months
– A challenging assignment in an international environment. Learn how to work with Chinese colleagues and international clients

Required skills
– Good communication skills both in oral and written English. Chinese and other languages are a plus, but not a must
– Good skills with Microsoft office programs and the Internet are required. Basic graphic design skills are a plus
– As the clients have high demands, it is important that you have strong organizational skills and that you are a service oriented person with professional behavior.
Preferred experience
Preferably, you have a marketing or sales background. But even candidates with another education can apply. The most important is that you are motivated and open to learn more and fast.
The tasks include
– Show apartments to our clientele (mostly European, American and Asian)
– Do client follow up and after sales service
– General marketing tasks including website updates, newsletter preparation and database management.
