Description:
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution in accordance with set service standards
Answering inbound calls & emails both in fluent spoken and written English, with good typing skills
With good customer mindset to serve local and overseas customers
Follow up thru all the requests by customers by providing prompt reply on phone or in emails
Ensure customers understand the usage of operations system by giving clear guidance and assistance
Follow up the administrative works after responding the inquiries
Requirement:
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks: analysis, judgments and flexibility
Customer service experience preferable
Customer focus and service oriented
Pleasant phone behaviour
Good communication skill
Good computer and typing skills
We are looking for a responsible and outgoing candidate with good language, position will be assigned based on the language skills.
Training will be provided before work commence. Work will start in Apr until mid-July 15. Work will be from Mon- Fri, 9am-7pm. Salary from RMB5000-7000.
