Working with Restaurant Manager to hire, train, and manage bartenders
Responsible in Weekly inventory
Writing schedules for bartenders
Ordering & Purchasing spirits, beer, wine, other beverages, and bar consumables
General maintenance and cleanliness of bars, beer coolers, and liquor storage
Weekly communication and reporting to Restaurant manager & Director of Operations
Creating a fun environment every day for guests and employees
Driving sales, through service, quality drinks and amazing food
Motivating and developing staff
Responsible in creating monthly P&L

Requirements


Fluent in English (or Native English speaker)
3+ years of experience in Bar Management/operations in China
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deal with uncertainty
Ability to contribute individually, and participate in cross-functional teams
Hard working & Well organised
Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Words
Open-minded; active attitude, willing to learn.
