The Teacher is responsible for providing students with an engaging English language environment throughout their course of study. This includes delivering lessons to the highest standards of English Language Teaching, thus enabling students to reach their personal learning objectives and become competent users of English as a Foreign Language.
You will:
· Provide students with relevant and engaging lessons tailored to enable them to reach their personal needs and objectives, all within New Epoch Education methodologies such as ESA, PPP or TBL.
·Develop and use supplementary material within New Epoch Education guidelines to support learning needs and objectives. We will provide you some relevant materials.
·Use time effectively in order to maintain maximum student engagement.
·Develop and deliver both academic and extra-curricular activities as required.
·Liaise, support and collaborate with all staff tasked with providing study feedback and support to students.
·Support scheduling staff to maintain a high level of services to students.
·Complete all required administration to a high standard and in a timely manner.
·Actively participate in any required observation and feedback sessions, training, development meetings and informational meetings.
·Assist the Area Manager and Supervisor in product testing.
·Participate in all required non-core offerings.
