Junior Registration Associate
Work Location: Shanghai, China
POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Initiate and maintain sufficient contact with assigned clients throughout the duration of registration process to ensure communication accuracy and understanding. Regulatory and Product Licensing in China.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist registration consultant throughout the registration process for each projects in the following areas:
- Reply to pre-contract signing inquires.
- Prepare client contracts.
- Gather required documents and samples in order to start each projects
- keep track of each projects timelines to make sure on time delivery of results.
- Proactively check in order to stay up to date and understand CFDA Registration Policy and other regulatory compliance.
- Other assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree or above in relevant areas of studies.
Excellent service sense and mind with solution driven attitude.
Good people skills in keeping good relationships with different ethnic backgrounds and personalities.
Strong communication in both oral and verbal areas.
Fluency in English. French and Mandarin a plus.
Basic computer skills.


COMPENSATION
