Your main mission:
In our sales department, you will have to establish and maintain a partnership of confidence and a close collaboration with your agent network, as well as with our customers by providing advice, information to help them to choose the appropriate solution for any process concern they have.
Your responsibilities:
• Development and follow-up of our customer network in Asia-Pacific
• Managing, follow-up, coaching of our agent network
• Advise the client on different projects from A to Z
• Establishment of commercial-technical offer and negotiation
• Monitoring the progress of the projects with our project engineers
• 70% of the time on the Asia-Pacific market, 30% in our headquarter in Switzerland
• Ensure sales coordination between our entity Frewitt China Machinery and the Swiss headquarters in Granges-Paccot
Required profile:
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales development and project management in Asia Pacific
• Experience in capital equipment sales for pharma, chemical or food industry
• Commercial background, or engineer with strong commercial experience
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and good knowledge of French. Other languages are a plus
• Appreciative of Asian Business Culture, Flexible, and excellent communication & relational skills
• Oriented towards customer satisfaction
• Motivated to travel (a must)
• Foreign passport only
