1、Be a key part of export strategy development, set up the business plan for the export for next several years.
2、Lead a multi-national sales team to develop the export business and fulfill the cooperate expectation of business growth, as well as profit growth.
3、Lead the export business development team to implement the cooperate export strategy, set up the team process & result KPI to measure & meet the process & result KPI.
4、Identify prospective key accounts / markets and develop / execute a successful business strategy tailored to those prospective clients & markets
5、Set up the price / marketing strategy via constant market survey.
6、Develop and establish relationships with target customers, maintain very good relationship with existing customers, meet individual sales goals with budgeted resources
7、Negotiating with clients for contract details to balance the risk.
8、Be communicate window of the internal teams and external customer, deliver cooperate value to customers, convert customer demand to internal operational teams.
9、Regular customer visit outside of China to understand the target customers / market.
1、Bachelor graduate with at least 5 years experience in business development or sales + 2 years experience in management
2、 Independent, ambition, commitment, energy, enthusiasm, good team spirit and desire to win are imperative!!
3、Be able to communicate very clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats in English is a must, Chinese will be a plus.
4、Rich Experience in developing new markets .
5、Good understanding of global business & economic situation. Basic finiance knowledge for business management.
6、Able to travel to overseas on regular basis
