The job will be mainly focused on the Daily operations / Facility maintenance of the property. Detail oriented, good communication a skill, open minded and enjoys learning new things at work.
Anken manages multiple properties in Shanghai from serviced office to individual office space; provide their customers with event venue to catering.
Candidates must least have the listed skills:
- English skills both in speaking and writing
- Basic sales skills / at least the understanding of sales
- Basic customer service skills
- Computer skills both Microsoft / Mac
- Preferable Local Chinese candidate with similar working experiences
- At least 3years working experiences
