Responsible for creating, delivering and executing marketing campaigns and activities, tracking sales data and preparing reports. Helps manage deadlines and keep all projects on task and on time. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and interfaces with the design team, the Merchandising Manager, Copywriter and IT department. This person must multi-task and work collaboratively with others in an exciting, fast-paced, responsive, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. Prepare monthly performance reviews
• Develop expertise in Google Analytics. Create custom reports, dashboards & work with third party vendors to establish hooks for tracking in GA
• Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. Coordinating with Graphics department; Product department and IT on all marketing activities.
• Manage day to day execution within digital marketing channels such as email, affiliate and display.
• Participate in defining and conducting research and analysis in order to create data-driven insights about customer behavior from all aspects of the business including but not limited web data, historical behavioral data, demographic data, and macro-economic indicators
• Email marketing – list maintenance, segmentation, execution, monitoring, reporting. Provide segmentation & data coordination for programmatic campaigns. Contribute to customer segmentation strategy and support decisions with available data.
• Facilitate data-driven decision support through click-stream/funnel analysis and A/B test management to understand key customer user flows and measure the impact of new features
• Research new markets and industry trends and assist in performing competitive analysis. Create reports that provide actionable insights with recommendations
