New business development targeting Multinational Companies across all industries
Working closely with consulting team to ensure the successful delivery of the recruitment service
Create and build ongoing relationships with clients to convert new business into key accounts
Identify potential new industries & segments; formulate strategies to capture the market share
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Proven track record in selling products & services to senior executives in multinational companies
Client focused and willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines
Knowledge of a specific industry is preferred – retail & luxury, manufacturing, medical devices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation skills
Driven and innovative thinker to create new business opportunities
Excellent organizational skills are essential as well as performance monitoring will be a requirement.
Fluent spoken and written English is a must; Chinese and/or other languages is a plus

Compensation
Atomic Recruitment promotes high performance with very attractive commission based package. We pay fair market compensation for base salaries. High achievers will be highly compensated.
