You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the client’s needs.
Responsibilities:
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives by working closely and effectively with the internal team members
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Help to identify and grow new business opportunities
Requirements:
Marketing, Business or Communications experience or ideas
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
Experience in managing technical and digital projects and knowledgeable of the technical terms and processes for application and program development.
Knowledge and experience of WeChat app development and processes is a big plus.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Understanding of client’s objectives and expectations
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Able to travel for work to attend client meetings and presentations in other cities within PR China
English language skills and oversea working experience would be a bonus
