1 Note all details of work and progress on a daily basis
2 Report on daily/weekly/monthly basis of office work & its production
3 Multi-tasking and work on other administrative duties such as client's management.
4 Keep track with all ongoing works of Business Development Director and make timely suggestions of solutions to anticipated problems or cause.
5 Keep track with other team members to make sure their project and tasks will be completed.
