GENERAL JOB DUTIES:
Shipment/logistic
To prepare monthly volume demand for HQ
Provide daily shipment information to sales managers
To control shipment documents preparation
In-time provision of shipment documents to accounting department/client
Monitoring storage/warehouse facilities
Booking:
-To place order for containers dispatch from the loading place covering deliveries
-Monitoring containers on their way to disport
-Planning sea shipment schedule according to tracking ETA containers disport, liner vessel schedule and free detention at disport available.
-Placing orders for bookings in accordance with the schedule
-To place and approve the instruction for B/L
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Professional Qualification:
Logistic or International Trading education
Other Qualities and knowledge required:
Working experience in logistic/shipping company ( 2-3 years ; preferably in multinational company)
Sea/rail shipment logistic knowledge
Fluent in Chinese (HSK 5-6), English (both oral and written)
Familiar in Microsoft, Excel, power point (skills in PPT)
Familiar in Navision/other business management software
Good communication skills
Additional requirements:

ü 25-35 years old
