- Must be organized, responsible, proficient with computers and be able to multi-task.
- Responsable of a variety of reception, secretarial and data entry duties for patients and strives to provide patients a stress-free, comfortable, warm and friendly environment.
- Answer telephones and emails
- Schedule appointments, maintain patient records.
- Promotes a pleasant and harmonious environment for staff, doctor, and patient.
YOUR JOB:
- Respond to patient questions, concerns & complains about dental or orthodontics treatment in person and via email
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments and recalls
- Set up new patient charts
- Review charges with patient and collect payments
- Input patient data and charges into computer
