Role Statement:
The job incumbent is responsible for:
1. Develop and Execute Marketing & Sales plan for CNOOC, CNPC, and SINOPEC and especially for
international clients, with focus on oil, gas & process QHSE market;
2. Together with oil & gas marketing and sales team, you will be screening the market for big foreign companies
that have plans to expand into China. By way of telemarketing, participating to networking events and giving
presentations you will try to reach our target.
3. Finding project information involved by the international companies and digging the opportunities for oil & gas
department.
4. Support management with new strategic marketing, research, networking etc.
5. Writing email introductions about company's division to prospective clients.
6. Using marketing skills to make proposals and presentations more attractive.
7. Making follow up calls for meeting requests.
8. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to call for tenders; negotiate contracts;
9. Customer Relationship Management with Clients, especially with key clients;
10. Promote BV image by participating to seminar, presentations…
11. Maintain Business Communication with Clients, BV network and colleagues in the field;
12. Collect market intelligence and conduct market study;


Role Requirements:
1. Steel Structural, or Welding, or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering degree or business degree with
working experience in oil, gas &process industry;
2. Knowledge and understanding of oil, gas &process industry and project management;
3. Familiar with the relevant standard/code will be an advantage;
4. Pleasing personality with good interpersonal and business negotiation skills;
5. PC skills, notably with PowerPoint presentation abilities;
6. Experience in the field of project management/execution and/or sales in oil, gas &process industry preferred;
7. European nationality preferred, fluent in English and good knowledge of Chinese language and culture an
advantage


Key Performance Indicators:
1. Receptiveness of BV code of ethics
2. New sales (sales growth) to the key accounts under his/her responsibility.
3. Revenue and margin on the key accounts under his / her responsibility
4. Increase of BV China services portfolio to these key accounts by selling new services
5. Market share for each service
6. Completeness and timely key accounts in BV CRM system
7. Integration / cooperation with Bureau Veritas organization (I&F China, BV I&F international network, BV other
divisions)
