- Manage the network of existing clients
- Achieve the sales target set for territory and for the portfolio of clients.
- Expand the business throughout all available channels.
- Develop and execute together with the Marketing Team, Marketing and Promotion plan.
- Provide intensive training to clients sales staff and increase sales performance for each client.
- Provide quarterly report on market information
Requirements:
- Have minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales, preferably Food & Beverage industry in China
- Basic knowledge of wines and willing to learn
- Willing to travel outside of Shanghai
- Excellent sales and management skills
- Dynamic and willing to achieve or exceed targets
- Strong initiative, self-motivated, reliable and have ethical standards
- Mature & autonomy personality
- University or College degree
- Good command in English, spoken and written / Chinese is a plus
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office)
