You’ll be supporting the Head of Marketing and using your digital skills to optimize digital marketing communications across all channels.
The Role:
·Implement, track and optimize digital marketing communications across all channels, including eCRM and tactical email campaigns, trigger communications, live chat, websites, video and sales support materials
·Manage the website content including insight, latest news, social integration and banner creation. Plan and execute SEO and PPC campaigns
·Plan, execute and measure all eCRM-based activity and data
·Develop, implement and maintain social media presence
·Indentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
·Measure and report performance on all digital marketing activity, and assess against objectives (ROI and KPIs)
·Management of agencies and other suppliers
Qualifications & Requirements:
Skill and Experience:
·2 years B2C digital marketing experience
·Experience of digital agency management
·Experience of using HTML and photoshop
·Experience of analytical tools including Google Analytics and Limus would be beneficial but not essential
·Experience of using email delivery tool (e.g. dotmailer) and online CMS tools
·Strong work ethic with ability to work from initiative as well as implementing pre-defined strategies
