Teaching, researching, teaching assistance, proofreading, training the teachers.
Working hour: Regularly, 18-22 teaching hours per week, summer or winter term,25-30 teaching hours per week. Beside the teaching hours, there is 15 office hours per week. 4-5 working days per week, sometime is flexible. (1 day is flexible every week)
Students' Age: 4-16 years old.
Class size: 18-22 students per class.
Duration of each class: 60 minutes/class.
Requirements:
1. Native English speakers or non natives with good accent
2. Bachelor's degree or above.
3. Good English. (education major is preferred)
4. TESOL, TEFL certification will be preferred.
5. Age required: 22-45 years old.
6. At least 1-year experience.
7. Start: within 1-2 months.
8. One-year contract.
Salary and benefits:
1. The probationary period (1 month): RMB 12,000-16,000/month.
After probationary: RMB15,000-20,000/month after tax. The excellent teacher can be improved according to the ability and experiences.
