Main Responsibilities:
-Managing classes of students.
-Assisting in the development of teaching materials.
-Participating in educational events and other activities.
-Working in co-ordination with teaching assistants.
-Improve the students’ interest in learning English.
-Instruct students individually and in groups,using various teaching methods such as games,lectures,discussions…

Required:
-Native English speaker.
-Undergraduate Degree.
-TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate.
-Clean Criminal Record(this is the most important).
Experience with young learners or general teaching experience is also desirable, but not essential.
Salary and Benefits:
-Salary is depending on qualifications and experience(We offer a competitive salary with a 5%~10% raise for teachers signing a second year contract);
- Monthly bonus,based on performance (varies from RMB500 to 1000);
-Free weekly Chinese classes;

-Guaranted 2 days(from Monday to Friday) off per week
