1. Be native English speakers of 24-55 years old.
2. Must have at least a bachelor’s degree and a recognized TEFL/TESOL certificate.
3. At least 2-year practical experience teaching English to non-native speakers.
4.Give English lessons, mainly spoken English.
5.Give all students oral English test at the end of the school year.
6.Teach at most 20 periods (45minutes a period) per week and a few office hours if necessary.
7. Stay for at least one school year.
