Chinamultiservice Consulting Co., Ltd. is an Italian invested and managed consulting company based in Kunming with a 10-plus-year business experience.
Our company is specialized in providing services to foreign companies, institutions and economic entities intending to enter or develop the Chinese market. At the same time, Chinamultiservice offers its services to Chinese companies and privates looking for investment opportunities in Italy or other countries, in various sectors including but not limited to fashion, high-tech, environment, commodities, etc.
We currently have a job vacancy as Projects Assistant.
The daily tasks range generally include:
- English to Chinese and Chinese to English translations (emails, messages, articles, companies materials etc);
- researches of potential clients, suppliers, general informations about an industry etc., under the supervision and guide of the person in charge of each relevant project;
- contacts and follow-up with Chinese clients and partners (emails, phonecalls, messages), under the supervision and guide of the person in charge of each relevant project;
- assistance in the practical organization of business trips (hotels and transportation booking etc);
- other tasks that should be necessary while carrying out the daily work.
We are looking for a candidate matching the following requirements:
- Native Chinese
- Bachelor degree or above
- Fluent in English, good ability to translate from Chinese to English and from English to Chinese
- Relevant experience according to the job and tasks described above is a plus
- Ability to speak Italian and/or other languages is a plus
- Previous experience with a foreign company is a plus
- Business/Economics/Trade related degree is a plus
