2). Initiate component level cost reduction activity;
3). Develop the new supplier for cost and quality improvement, in parallel, disqualify and phase out poor performance supplier;
4). Project management and lead local sourcing team to achieve KPI target
5). To setup and implement Company process, to consolidate HZ and DG factory indirectly spending;
6. Coach and development team
Qualification
1. Over 8 years working experience;
2. Indirect Sourcing background in international company;
3. Leadership in effective communication and influence;
4. Professional ethic and loyalty
5. Bachelor degree and skillful in English communication
