At the first phase, the position is to work for Mekitec’s Asia Sales Team. Nevertheless, for the first year the employee should live in Xian where Mekitec has its China HQ. This is an important part of the first year’s introduction and training period. After Mekitec launches the Jakarta office, the employee should start working from there
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Account Responsibility
Account responsibility will be defined account-by-account, case-by-case. The responsibility can be the whole account or an individual sales case.
-Delivery Management
Part of account/case responsibility is to farm successful customer deliveries
-Sales Planning
Account Manager participates to planning the sales by creating closing schedules and strategies, keeping CRM up-to-date, participation to sales forecasting.
-Indonesia Market Entry
Market studies, planning and other preparations related to Mekitec’s Indonesia market entry.
-Assistant to the Regional Manager, Asia
Helping Regional Manager in making quotations, test reports, and other sales related material will be an important part of the Job Description.

- Indonesian student who has been studying in China.
- Fluent English, Indonesian and Chinese
- Degree (also undergraduates can be considered) in business or/and sales/marketing background
- Sales mindset
