Joy is a Taiwanese franchise English language school. Joy School Hefei, Anhui Provinceopened in 2002 and has been operating successfully for over 13 years now. Joy School, Hefei has expanded rapidly that we have seven branch schools with over 6000 students in the city.At the moment we have 29 foreign teachers and over 170 Chinese teachers.

Job description:
 Number of positions available: 5
 Starting Date: ASAP
 Working hours: 18 teaching hours, 10 office hours, 3 training hours every week
 Free time: more than one full day and two half days per week
 Class size: maximum 18 students
 Age range: 7 to14 years old
 Additional information, teaching materials and curriculum provided

Requirements:
 English speakers, 23 years or older
 Bachelor’s degree
 Teaching experience
 TEFL orTESOL Certificate

Compensation and Benefits:
 RMB 13000/month
 RMB 5000 completion bonus
 RMB250 per hour for overtime
 37 days paid holiday
 2 weeks extra paid leave on renewal of contract
