Execute existing installation maintenance, repair and call back to meet maintenance requirements;
Improve working efficiency and reduce labor cost;
Study and improve technical skills actively to meet Schindler business development needs;
Gather customers’ needs and requests, provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction;
Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Schindler required;
Assist to apply and collect due amount to reduce AR;
Provide accurate worked hours and call back report timely according to relevant standards;
Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor;
(Based on the job responsibilities, define the position requirement of qualification and experience
Customer-oriented, responsible and self-disciplined;
Good communication skills;
High school or technical secondary school degree or above.
