I. Qualifications:
a) Native English Speaker
b) Kindergarten or International School Experience & Musical/Art/PE experience.
c) Can apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position.
d) Open minded and collective spirit (IB experience will be a plus)
II. Job Descriptions
a) Student age: Kindergarten 3-6 Primary School 7-13 Middle School 14-18
b) Class size: 25-35 students
c) Working hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm, Mon-Fri, two hours break at noon time
d) 2 days off per week.
e) Class teaching, preparation and relative work
f) Arrange appropriate homework and give feedback to students in time.
g) Students tutoring after class
h) Prepare term exam and reports.
i) Attending trainings, meetings and school activities
III. Compensation
a) Basic Salary: 20,000~22,000 RMB
b) Housing allowance:2,000 RMB/month
c) Flight Ticket Reimbursement for 1st year: 7,000 RMB
d) Renewal bonus: 3000-6000k
e) 11 days public holiday/year, 2 days off/week, 80days of summer and winter vacations
f) On-going training and professional development
